Vinyasa Flow
vinyasa - to allow the rhythm of our breath to be the pace at which we move our body.
flow - to be at one with what we do.
vinyasa flow - to be at one with our breath as it guides the rhythm and movements of our bodies through our practice.
These classes are designed to take any level of yogi through a practice that is accessible to them, and just challenging enough to where they will feel the change that they just went through. No matter the level of physical capabilities at the moment. They are meant to take you to your edge, spend a little time there to move our threshold a touch, and then bring you down to prepare for a well deserved rest.
Prepare to be challenged, and walk away energized, ready to take on the rest of your day and days to come.
Level 1/2 - slower classes, focusing on basic movements, and foundational poses.
Level 2 - full on flow classes, with a peak pose that is more appropriate for those new to a flow practice.
Level 2/3 - advanced level classes that are strong, focused, can move fast, and get ready for advanced poses.
